REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS

CIJOBA processes eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment; however, refunds are only applicable for orders cancelled before dispatch or in cases where the product is unavailable or cannot be delivered due to reasons on our end. Refunds are not provided for orders cancelled after dispatch, failed age verification at the time of delivery, customer unavailability, or dissatisfaction due to product preference, as we deal in age-restricted and consumable goods.
